Tips to Prevent the Spread

•  Wash hands OFTEN. The CDC recommends a minimum of 20 seconds.

•  Stay home except for necessities such as groceries, pharmacy, or physician appointments.

•  Designate ONE person in your home to shop for essentials, when possible.

•  Wear a home-made or cloth mask in public.  (Click to make your own face covering.)

•  Maintain a distance of 6 feet from other people.

•  Cough or sneeze into a tissue, or into your elbow.

•  Clean and disinfect all frequently touched surfaces such as doorknobs, light switches, and counter tops.
