||CLINICAL THERAPIST- HEALTHY AGING TEAM – PART TIME CONTRACTUAL
||COORDINATED FAMILY SUPPORT SERVICES
||$30.00/Hr. 24-30 hours per week
|General Statement of Duties
||Under the direction of the Supervisor of Community Outreach and Manager of Coordinated Family Support Services, performs office, and community based therapeutic services for seniors; services include individual, group, family, interactive therapy, evidence based therapies and practices, case management, and the coordination of multiple services and supports, performs related work as required. This is a contract, grant funded, temporary position. Schedule is subject to change; Applicants must be able to work Monday, Wednesdays, Fridays from 8:00am-5:00pm.
||Masters in Social Work and Michigan Master Level Social Worker (LMSW) credential, Clinical. Will consider a candidate with a Limited License as a Masters Level Social Worker (LLMSW) credential AND one (1) year of experience working with seniors in a clinical setting, OR a candidate with a Master’s degree in a human service field (defined as Counseling/Guidance or Psychology), AND one (1) year of experience working with seniors in a clinical setting.
Masters in Psychology and Michigan Limited License Psychologist (LLP) credential OR a Temporary Limited License Psychologist (TLLP) credential AND one (1) year of experience working with seniors in a clinical setting.
Masters in Counseling and Michigan License Professional Counselor (LPC) credential OR a Limited License as a License Professional Counselor (LLPC) credential AND one (1) year of experience working with seniors in a clinical setting.
Employee must maintain valid licensure to retain employment.
||Lived experience with the Flint Water Crisis
Residing in the Flint/Greater Flint community
||Must be willing to work after normal business hours, weekends. Must be willing and able to provide services in the home, community and office setting.
Must have a valid Michigan driver’s license, current automobile insurance, and the use of a vehicle during work hours. Ability to physically perform job related tasks.
Must submit copy of college transcripts and license with application if applicable.
